We are Richard and Leanne, the Father-Daughter team behind the name ‘Executive Residences’ - a Family business, based in the West Midlands, UK. 

With years of knowledge & travel to the island, we specialise in holidays to Cyprus. Our property there was hand picked to bring guests the best possible experience. Villa Janette is part of our personally owned collection.

We appreciate that value for money is important and we believe our property offers something for every guest and every budget. Beautiful locations do not always come with exotic prices!

We believe that holidays should be what you want them to be, which is why we chose our property very carefully to ensure it offers the perfect location for those much anticipated family holidays, romantic breaks or even short business trips.  

The quality afforded the property is of 5 star standard, to ensure our guests experience true luxury - wether that be basking in the sun on the local sandy beaches or if its relaxing next to the Private pool.

Nature walks and trails are aplenty. While passing through quaint villages you'll encounter friendly locals and experience their cuisine.

Shopping is, for some, a necessity whilst on holiday and guests can experience the very best that retail therapy has to offer in Paphos.

For the Golf enthusiasts, our guests have access to courses designed by legends of the game! Magical scenery, majestic club houses and superbly presented courses make for an unforgettable golfing experience. 

Wether its Horse riding along beaches & hillside terrain or taking a quad bike safari day trip, all make for truly wonderful experiences that are not to be missed. 

World class diving and snorkelling is right on the doorstep and so too are boat trips that allow you to explore coral reefs or just to gaze at the mirage of sea life.
